With years of experience coaching the college game as well as team USA Coach K is a recruiting legend that any young talent would want to play for. Recent stand outs include Kyrie Irving and Austin Rivers both currently playing in the NBA.

John Calipari, Coach, Kentucky Wildcats: John Calipari is the best recruiter in college basketball today. While some would like to argue, it would be a tough case to peg anyone other than Calipari as being the best. The Kentucky Wildcats coach has successfully recruited 15 five star players in the last 5 years, 15! When Kentucky won the national championship in 2012 they had a whopping 6 players selected in the NBA draft that is unreal.
